How to Print PDFs on Multiple Pages Per Sheet of Paper

Back to Help Page

  • Open your PDF in the free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. (How to install on PC here.)
  • Click on File > Print from the menu in the top left-hand corner
  • Select your Printer from the dropdown menu
  • Under Page Sizing & Handling select Multiple
  • Set Pages per sheet to 2 using the dropdown list (or however many pages you want per sheet)
  • The preview on the right should display something like the below:
  • If the preview looks correct, try test printing by setting Pages to 1-2
  • If you’re happy with the test print, go ahead and print any remaining pages you have
