Having trouble opening or printing your digital download? Use the FAQ and guides below to help solve your issue quickly:
FAQs
- I’m having trouble printing landscape/portrait
- Make sure your print settings in Adobe Acrobat Reader have Orientation set to auto, unless you specifically want to force all printed pages to be portrait, or landscape.
- Adobe Acrobat requires a Pro account
- Adobe Pro is not required for opening, printing, or filling in forms. You’ll usually only be prompted to upgrade with a new install, which you can ignore by clicking on the X icon in the top-right corner of the pop-up (see tutorial here for more details)
- Dropbox is asking me to sign in or create an account
- Click the bottom-most option ‘Or continue with download only’ or if on mobile ‘open in browser’ (full tutorial here)
- Missing Files or Pages
- There was likely a connection issue when downloading your file. Often, deleting the file and redownloading will fix the issue. If this fails, please contact me so I can troubleshoot for you and provide an alternative download asap.
- The files are giving me a ‘Read-Only’ error
- This error happens most often when the files have not been extracted from a .ZIP file. Look for an option to \’Extract\’ the files like shown in this tutorial. Alternatively, this can also sometimes be an Antivirus issue.
